Steamed Flour with Coconut Filling

(Kha-Nohm Sai Sai)
This dessert has a relatively sweet filling made out of coconut and palm sugar, and the filling is covered with steamed flour mixed with coconut cream. Altogether, it is wrapped in a traditional packaging method by which Thai people adapted natural local resources in an efficient and eco-friendly manner.
Kha-Nohm Sai Sai is highly recommended!
