A type of Thai cookies that takes up the name and shape after the "Lum-Duan" flower (White Cheesewood Flower) which gives a relaxing and calming feel and smell. As a dessert, the cookies are scented by a special type of traditional fragrant candle used for Thai cooking; thus, giving the dessert a unique flavor and smell!
