Sweet Tapioca with Coconut Cream

This two-layers dessert contains a layer of coconut cream on top and a layer of tapioca pearls mixed with sweet corns and young coconut meat. It is wrapped with pandanus leaves which is a traditional method of incorporating natural resources to make food packages by local Thai people; on top of that, the pandanus leaves provide an additional aroma to the taste. It is one of our best sellers, especially for all the coconut lovers out there.
