One of our premium Thai desserts that consists of only egg yolks and sugars as main ingredients. Although the list of ingredients is seemingly simple, the methods are quite delicate as it requires the need to extract only the egg yolks and remove the egg whites, as well as to thread steadily in circles repeatedly over the heated syrup.
